Crew Aboard REA Technical Services
Ron Armentrout served in the USCG for 5 years as an electronics technician where he attended schools for electronics on Governors Island, NY. Upon discharge he worked in the New Jersey area and eventually started his own company, which grew to 22 employees and built an 8000 sq ft retail building. They specialized in marine electronics, both commercial and recreational and started a land based A/V, security, surveillance, home automation, secured access and home theater division.
Ron has extensive experience in the mega yacht industry and has worked on all types of marine electronics. "One of the most awesome jobs I got to experience was the stepping of the masts on a 64m Perini Navi; I have been blessed with the opportunity to be involved with three of them. The most exciting trip was a week long repair in Venice, Italy where I had plenty of time to explore the city. The second most memorable was when my wife was able to come for a trip to St. Thomas. We had been there before, but it was nice to take the 'work' out of the endeavor." Ron has stated he wants to create a company focused on quality, not quantity. His years of engineering experience have honed his abilities to provide quality service.
Phillip Brigham was born on the water and raised on a boat. Has worked both in the private sector working for marine electronics companies and on the production side working for Maverick Boat Group and Novamarine honing in on boat production. He has the ability to think outside the box and come up with solutions using attention to detail. He always strives to leave the vessel better than he found it.

Hello, my name is Mark Ogden.
I'm a technology specialist, focused mostly in the marine industry, however I've done extensive industrial control and integration as well.
Originally I started out 40 years ago as a navagation tech for radars, communications, autopilots and related bridge systems.
Due to the ever changing nature of the industry, starting in the Merchant marine 25 years ago, I also became a monitoring and control specialist, working mostly with PLC systems. Having moved on to yachting, I still did nav, monitoring and control, but included IT and AV, particularly Crestron automation.
